• Responsible for maintaining and developing the fashion journalist and stylist network on your market* Responsible for ongoing contacts with your journalists/stylists to present the latest samples that will fit the profile of their magazine * Responsible for keeping up to date with the latest trends and keeping an eye on the competitors on your market * Responsible for tracking interesting new magazines, newspapers, radio and TV-channels to be able to be as visible as possible with H&M clothes * Responsible for tracking the fashion magazines editorial calendars/monthly themes for each season so that you know what the coming numbers will be about fashion wise * Responsible for proactively contacting journalists and stylists to offer samples fitting their upcoming editorial themes * Managing the PRA system locally, ensuring daily use and reporting of results to PR Manager as well as to HO * Monitoring of editorial fashion clippings and of free publicity and registration in the PRA system * Carrying out appointments and/or small press events * Overall responsible for H&M's local media picture, including having an in-depth knowledge of the media landscape * Responsible for actively communicating H&M-related news like openings, new collections and events connected to the company externally as well as internally in accordance with set messages * Having a broad knowledge of the fashion business and being familiar with the most important local fashion journalists and stylists * Having a good knowledge and interest in fashion, having a good feeling for decoration, styling and hanging * Being service minded, proactive/takes own initiatives, having great social skills as well as being well organized to manage the administrative work with all samples & press cuttings etc * General knowledge in how fashion PR works
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 - 4 years PR /Marketing field * Excellent communication skills * Must have good computer skills |
