Key Duties:
• Assisting the managing director in running the Dubai Office
• Co-ordinating his overseas visits and appointments
• Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports to the Board, clients and shareholders
• Running the office administration
• Liasing with the other board members
Skills
• Strong sense of responsibility, detailed oriented, self starter, good team player,and able to meet tight reporting schedules.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Good knowledge of software packages in particular word and power point.
• Good typing skills. |
