Our client is a large local conglomerate.

One of their most successful divisions is a leading company that promotes strong international and leading heavy equipment brands.

The business has been growing heavily over the past few years and they now need to ensure that they continue its development whilst focusing on adding value to its customers.

They are now looking for a manager to run the parts division.

You will have full responsibility for the division.

To be considered for this role you will:
• Have strong communication ability
• Be a seasoned negotiator and have strong decision making ability
• Extensive supervisory/managerial experience in a heavy equipment dealership level
• Have been responsible for running a parts division of a leading heavy equipment brand
• Have experience in building up and developing businesses in a region - ideally within MENA
• Be a proven leader bringing vision and execution capability to the organisation
• Strong financial skills
• A high level of interpersonal skills and able to handle sensitive and confidential situations
• Able to interact and communicate with people at all levels of the organisation

It would be great if you have Arabic language skills. Excellent English is a must.
