Job Purpose:
Support the execution of electronic payments strategies from technology side, the development and support of financial institutions and partners, and manage the planning and deployments of electronic payment systems.
Principal Accountabilities / Key Result Areas:
• Elicit requirements information from demand management representatives and product experts.
• Analyse, validate and organise information into a requirements specification.
• Produce clear and concise specifications that can be used successfully by system developers and which can be evolved into test specifications and functional documentation.
• Specify functional requirements for the system, covering features, process definition, user interface definition, charging, reporting and exception handling.
• Specify non-functional requirements for new features, such as operational, availability, performance and quality of service.
• Understand and encourage the usage of e-payments and promote the services
• Coordinate with commercial teams to launch bank channels and payment products
• Support the integration of new banks and partners
• Coordinate with operations, release management and software delivery team for upgrades, support requirements and production related activities.
Requirements:
Knowledge and Experience:
• Business-related or science degree or equivalent
• 3-5 years work experience in the Telecom and/or banking sectors
• Overall 5 yrs work experience
• Experienced in data gathering, analysis and synthesis into actionable reports

Desired skills / expertise
• Experience of mobile technical architecture would be an advantage but not essential
• Knowledge of financial applications, especially mobile payments is advantageous but not essential
• Experience of full software development lifecycle highly desirable
• Formal software lifecycle management qualification would be an advantage.
• Experience of working within a multinational team and serving customers from multiple countries would be of benefit. |
