Planning Manager/Forensic Planner 504-12 Your Tasks: Your main responsibilities will be to manage all GC14 and updates programmes and to provide delay analysis support and advice. Our client has a current planning department of several planners, which is run by an experienced primavera programmer. To enhance the knowledge and operation of the department, you will use your people skills and understanding that the programme is more than a tool for running the project. As the programme is the tool used to establish entitlement to extensions of time and to recover prolongations, its correct use can be of great benefit to the Contractor. Your Background: - Construction related degree - Several years of post graduate experience (preferably 10-20 years experience) - Knowledge of planning within either construction or civil Engineering - Broad Knowledge of contract types - Proficiency in Primavera - Experience on projects of high value - Previous experience in the preparation and settlement of time claims - Legal based qualification would be an advantage The Benefits: - This 3 year project is a unique opportunity in the fast growing Gulf region.
