This is a pivotal role in a progressive FMCG company who manufacture an extensive range of dairy, juice and snackfood products.
The Ops Manager is responsible for the full operation of the site, including full cost and performance responsibility for production, storage and distribution, quality, OSH and continuous improvement.
Leadership is a key attribute required of the appointee, to lead and motivate a large multinational workforce.
In addition to the management of the site you will also be a key member of the management team and maintain relationships with the Group Engineering, Finance, and Supply Chain Managers, and report to the COO.
Requirements:
A degree in food processing is essential (preferably dairy) with 12+ years experience in a similar high volume FMCG production facility incorporating pasteurisers, UHT, aseptic fillers and packaging, in a perishable food plant.
Fluent English is a must and Arabic hugely valued, strong communication skills and the ability to motivate, develop and lead staff. |
