For one of our largest client, Huntress International, global leader in the recruitment market is urgently looking for PRIVATE BANKING ADVISOR - UAE NATIONAL.
Responsibilities:
The role holder is responsible for acquiring, developing & servicing long-term relationships with high net worth clients. Work collaboratively with internal specialists to provide appropriate banking, investment and wealth planning solutions to meet client's needs.
• To meet agreed business targets for client acquisition, retention and business development.:
• To deliver excellent personal relationship service to clients:
• Understand and meet client needs; provide trusted advice; ensure that clients receive excellent service from the bank.
• Work with Team Leaders and colleagues to develop and grow the business by identifying product and market development opportunities and helping to realize them.
• Protect the bank by ensuring the highest standard of rigour in client due diligence, operational risk management and client advice and servicing.
• Work with colleagues in Corporate, SME, Priority and other areas of the bank to originate new private bank clients, pass leads from private bank to other areas, and to present an overall one bank capability to the market.
• Contribute a positive spirit and ideas to the development of MENA Private Bank and the wider business.
Skills
Requirements:
• Minimum 3-5 years client relationship experience
• Strong business development skills (AUM, revenue, client acquisition)
• Evidence of successfully maintaining high compliance and control standards
• Investment sales experience in an international bank or comparable regulated institution
• Complete IMC, series 7 or a comparable qualification within 12 months in the role
• Completion of a recognised client relationship management training programme
