A leading civils contractor in Muscat, Oman is urgently looking for a 'Production Manager', who can manage mass-production of pre-cast units for a very large housing development.

Amongst other units, the two most important are pre-cast staircases and boundary walls and production will need to remain consistently high across 1.5 years in order to service the aforementioned mega-project.

Requirements:
Successful candidates will have minimum 10-15 years of experience working in pre-cast production and be capable of building an 'operation' from scratch.

Our client already have their own bathroom pod factory and a 'cut n bend' factory and want to add a pre-cast concrete facility to this and not only service the current project in hand but service future projects as well as the external market.

The facility will be built on a plot of land 20-30,000 sq mtrs in area and the successful candidate will have the confidence and knowledge to build this entire operation from what is a 'blank canvass' at the moment.

Our client are set to become a leading civils contractor in the entire Middle East not just Oman and are in a very stable financial position despite competitors' demise in the current market.

You will need to show extensive experience in running a pre-cast operation and achieving very high production rates. Our client are willing to pay a substantial basic salary as well as a lucrative performance-related bonus based on production levels.

You will manage up to 100 workers and bring with you ideas as to how to make the proposed initiative successful and efficient. This is a huge opportunity for somebody to be on board from the start and with that will come substantial prospects in future.
