Program Coordinator (KUWAITI NATIONALS ONLY)

Develop, Coordinate and Evaluate the school program implementation on a national level with companies, schools, volunteer consultants, and teachers. This is to ensure that every young person in Kuwait has the opportunity to benefit from the INJAZ Kuwait experience, to actively participate in the economic growth of the country.

Participate in the development and adaptation of new and/or existing programs

Locate, visit and perform presentations to new companies and schools to promote the programs

Provide and implement volunteer consultant recruitment strategies

Participate in and coordinate the development of volunteer training workshops

Allocate and Follow-up with volunteer consultants during the program delivery process

Perform service visits to schools, volunteers and companies to insure quality implementation of the programs

Ensure Verification procedure that set to Junior Achievement (JA) Verification Standard & Procedure

Secure a personal relationship with all companies, volunteers and schools

Coordinate Certificate Distribution Events

Participate in the development of Evaluation procedures and tools, to perform a thorough program evaluation with the students, volunteers, teachers, principals, and parents, and to report it to the Program Manager

Achieve the goals related to Program Delivery according to the strategic plan set forth by the organization

Report all progress to the Program Manager on regular basis

Requirements:
The chosen candidate should:

Hold a university / diploma degree in Business, Business Administration, Public Relations, Human Resources or Human Sciences.
Full proficiency in both English and Arabic is essential.
Have minimum 1 year experience in Public Relations, Business or a people related commission.
Be committed to the cause of enhancing economic opportunities for youth in Kuwait - and believe in the purpose of the organization.
Have very strong communication and presentation skills.
Proven ability to work in a team.
Be outgoing and proactive.
Have organizational and planning skills.
Be dynamic and motivated.
Have an entrepreneurial spirit.
Rapport Building skills.
Strong Computer skills.
