Project Controls Manager - Bahrain

I am currently working with one of the leading Project Management Consultants in the Middle East. They are currently working on a very large International Airport in Bahrain.

The Role

Provide leadership and guidance to the construction planning team to ensure that field project controls documents such as construction schedules, resource histogram, reporting systems, commodity data base, material controls systems, etc are fully developed & implemented and that engineering & procurement activities are properly interfaced.

Monitor the work conducted by the contractors and report directly into Senior Management and the Client. Be responsible for building a team and advising on the man power requirements of the project and liaise directly with the construction manager.

Develop systems and procedures for site project control functions and as and when there are additional requirements from the client in order to facilitate the monitoring of construction & commissioning works

Requirements
• 20+ years project planning experience
• Minimum 5 years as Project Planning Lead/ Project Controls Manager
• Consultant or Contractor Experience.
• 3 years Experience working on an Airport project.

Salary

The salary is around 4,000 BHD total package per month, Tax Free.
