My client who are one of the leading design consultancies in the World today, are urgently seeking an experienced Project Lead Architect to work on a brand new project in Lagos - Nigeria.

The project is a camp facility, so mainly detailed design of housing/apartments offices and ancillary buildings including leisure facilities, i.e.gym and pool etc. It will include some infrastructure and there will be a water treatment / purification plant, security systems etc. The FEED/ Conceptual work has already been completed.

Requirements:
Core background and experience will include -

A number of years experience as Lead Architect or Design Manager on international Projects
10/15 years in Building design and master planning, A degree in Architecture,Design Management of projects. Capable of leading a multi disciplinary design team. Strong experience of design technical reviews. Client Interface coordination.

The assignment duration is approx. 12 months, rotation 9/10 weeks on 3 weeks off (Christmas can be discussed, so that you can be home for Christmas). Its design office based in Lagos, we will provide secure office and living accommodation, car and driver.

It will be ideal if the Architect can speak French, as the client is a French Operating company, but not essential.
