Oil Refinery client is wishing to recruit an experienced project manager to start around January 2010. They are looking for someone who has a proven track record and the aim is to increase the output by 250K barrels to 360K per year. The package is US15K per month. They require fluent Arabic and someone from an EPC background would also be of interest.
Requirements:
Extensive experience in oil refineries;
proven results and project management experience
fluent Arabic
Dynamic, a leader
Able to relocate to Libya.
BSc Engineering ideal
