Create and maintain staffing plan to support the current and future work demands and project deliverablesEnsures functionality is integrated with other applicationsInitiates and implements new technologies, methodologies, process and procedures that will support company Long and short term goalsProvide ongoing reconciliation between long-term goals and short-term actionsTake ownership and responsibility for special projects and company initiativesPresents information on projects, initiatives or other subjects to peers, teams and upper management

Job Qualifications
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Open to ALL Nationalities
• Bachelor Degree (Minimum) Engineering preferred, MBA is a plus
• Minimum 15 years in similar position or consultancy business
• Required Certificate: PMP
• Must have worked on big Supply Chain projects
• Team player and very good management skills
• Computer literate with very good command of English
