Project Location is Baghdad Green Zone and we require a Project Manager to deliver a $50m residential project. The project is to build 13 buildings and a warehouse along with associated infrastructure. Buildings are each around 2,000m2 of floor area.

Requirements:

• A well developed knowledge of health & safety.
• Experience of leading and developing a team.
• Is an expert in delivering residential projects.
• Can demonstrate knowledge and experience of delivering modern methods of construction.
• Knowledge of budgets and costing, including project forecasting and control
• Excellent Project / Programme Management skills
• Ability to resource projects
• Ability to prioritise and plan effectively
