The applicant must have 18-20 years relevant experience in Electrical & Instrumentation projects for Oil & Gas / Petrochemical / Fertilizer industries, out of which minimum 5 years should have been as Project Manager for a project worth ten (10) Million or more USD for E&I medium size projects.

Must be experienced in Industries in a project management environment overseeing multiple projects. Should be experience in multi-disciplinary coordination between client, contractors and vendors.

Must be able to control the quality, cost, schedule and materials controls in whole project cycle and meet project targets within schedules time-constraints.

The applicant should minimum BE / BS in Instrument / Electronics/ Electrical and must have an PMP with min. 18-20 years exp in electrical &instrument fields and project management and site constructions key positions in industrial petrochemical plants

The main function would be:
• Operate under General Manager for various matters.
• Monitor project planning schedules and approved plans by customers
• Prepare & monitor forecast for the project business.
• Monitor operation team to deliver satisfactory products /services to customer
• Conduct review meeting with operation, service and project teams.
• Plan and guide Project team in time delivery under the allocated budget
• Monitor and control inventory and department / project's expenses
• Assist in converting leads into opportunity and into order.
• Customer interaction and care to resolve any issues amicably to customer satisfaction in the interest of company business.
• Monitor on time delivery of goods to customer.
• Monitor invoices are raised for the completed order and assist in payment collection.
• Review meeting with finance for receivables.
• Monitor Workshop team fabrication are meeting industrial standard.
• Assist & monitor Logistic & material co-ordination is in place per need of jobs.
• Assist to develop employee relationship and motivate in cordially with good working atmosphere.
• Organise training for employees per need of business.
• Implement and monitor ISO procedures as documented for the division.
• Monitor Engineering and Q.A./QC related to works are documented and in place.
• Interaction with Principal / OEMs for technical and business policy matters.
• Manages the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple or large scale projects.
• Determines appropriate revenue recognition, ensures accurate invoicing, and monitors receivables for all projects under his direction.
• Reviews high-level deliverables across projects.
• Implements engagement review and quality assurance procedures in accordance with our methodology to ensure profitable and successful execution of consulting engagements as measured by regional goals and customer satisfaction.

Assistance to Sales & Proposals
• Technical assistance for the preparation of pre-qualification documents and proposals.
• Review of Proposals with respect to RFQ's, user queries and requirements.
• Assist the Sales Engineers with customer data gathering, presentations and technical assistance.
• Plan & guide to prepare Demo units for exhibitions and qualification purposes.

General:
• He will be responsible for overall co-ordination of all department administrative activities required to effectively execute the function of projects/ division duties and Goals above as stated above.
• He will report directly to the General Manager.

Skills
The applicant must have an excellent discipline managing skill to qualify as discipline Project Manager.
Should have strong but pleasing personality and knowledgeable of relevant engineering standards, industry codes and practices. Should be able to:
• Confronts issues openly and quickly.
• Effectively communicates relevant project/practice information to superiors and peers in other practices.
• Tactfully communicates sensitive information.
