Our client is one of the largest companies in the Republic of Azerbaijan. Although their construction arm is relatively young the success to date has been second to none. With a total of 1.1m square feet of projects completed and another 775,000 under construction their success is attributed not only to their management team but also to the loyalty and dedication of their staff. Delivering the most prestigious projects in the region our client is looking for an experienced Construction Manager to run a new retail development.

Requirements:
As a Project Manager you already know what is required of you for a role like this.

You will be responsible for but not limited to:
• Implement cost and programme controls
• Coordinate the installation activities
• Specifying all contract packages, and all required services for site.
• Track progress of the project.
• Schedule necessary meetings with the team, consultants and the owner.
• Acts as the liaison between the owner and all the subcontractors involved in project. Coordinate all personnel, vendors, contractors, as well as site and camp temporary buildings and grounds, etc., necessary to complete the project.
• Provide monthly reports.
• Provide leadership, direction and motivation to the project team.

To be successful in this role you will have 10+ years' experience in a similar role. Have a degree in Construction Engineering or equivalent. Possess a proven ability to lead, influence and motivate others. You must have recent experience in main contractor construction of retail developments. Knowledge of Azeri and/or Turkish language is essential for applying to this position.
