Responds to all customers inquiries regarding status of orders .Processes sales orders .Coordinates development of customers samples . Coordinates development of samples for orders . Follow up all orders through production .Prepare and Follows up all export documentation and authentication .Contacts and follow up export procedures with custom clearance agents .
Follow up foreign and domestic suppliers for the best price, quality, service support, availability and reliability.Ensure that the correct amount of products or services are received at the appropriate time.
Skills
Knowledge of office routine sales and export procedures .
Organized , and able to maintain records of department .
Computer Knowledge of Microsoft Products Applications(Word and Excel in English & Arabic- PowerPoint - Access - Outlook ) is a must .
Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English .
Very strong communication and negotiating skills.
3 to 5 years of experience as Purchasing And Sales Coordinators.
