A reputed Abu Dhabi Government Organization is seeking Purchasing Engineers.

Involved in technical negotiations with partners for partnership projects
Purchase appropriate equipment (nodes/switches/servers/etc) at cost effective prices and in compliance with the Procurement Policy.
Manage vendor / supplier relationships.
Responsible for cost-effective network and service design and deployment that meets product specifications, service launch timelines.
Support customer-facing and operational units on pre-sales and post-sales issues.
Provide technical advices and fault resolution/trouble-shooting support

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
At least 5 years' experience in purchasing
Proven experience in contract negotiations and vendor relations.
Self-starter with strong management, team-leading and interpersonal skills
Possess experience in project planning, development & management.
Able to work independently and flexibly in a dynamic environment
Possess strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic
