Primary purpose of the role:
To perform Material Audit processes, including corrective action as appropriate, to ensure materials are delivered to the correct location, with the coordination of operations team.

General Accountabilities:
1- Identify non-compliance such as wrong labels, wrong segregation lane, improper packing, improper material handling and resolve the issue
2- Co-ordination with claims supervisor and operational personnel for corrective action and preventive measures based on daily activity.
3- Working in a team environment
4- Operating IT systems as required
5- Processing paperwork as required
6- Compliance with company Health & Safety regulations .

Local Accountabilities:
1- Creation and compilation of daily Material Audit Report
2- Respect and adhere to company confidentiality policy
3- Ensure material cross docks with all necessary documentation.
4- Clerical and verification activities as required
5- Coordination with suppliers and end users as necessary.

Requirements:
Qualifications:
Secondary School Diploma essential.
College Graduate preferred.

Experience:
2 years experience within busy logistics operation
Ability to follow work procedures
Communication skills - verbal & written
Computer literate
Ability to count accurately and to perform simple math calculations
1 year experience within Customer Service function
