A reputable government organization in Abu Dhabi is looking for a Quality Management Analyst to join their dynamic team.
• Plans, organizes, coordinates and assists in the assessment and evaluation of the quality management program planning, coordinating, developing analyses and recommendations on quality management issues in all areas of the organization.
• Coordinates in-depth chart analysis, data collection and preparation of reports.
• Identifies and summarizes information collected for identification of patterns, trends and individual cases requiring more intensive evaluation.
• Evaluates screening methods, indicators, criteria; recommends action taken and follow-up plan.
• Reports results of monitoring activities to appropriate individuals.
• Writes reports and recommendations
• Maintains the confidentiality of records and reports.
• Maintains a monitoring system for collection of quality management data and
documentation.
• Participates in all required surveys for related quality management activities.
• Coordinates and completes special projects, as assigned.
Performs other job related duties as required.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited College or University
• Previous 5 years experience in Quality Management
• Knowledge of standards, policies and procedures
• Ability to: plan, organize, coordinate and assist in the data collection process; assess and evaluate the quality management programs; gather and analyze data and prepare reports and recommendations; work independently; establish and maintain effective working relationships;
• Communication skills
• Computer skills |
