We are currently seeking a dynamic and professional a Recruitment Consultant for our Kuwait office to identify, attract and convert new business, markets and customers to achieve profit targets for the professional market.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Focusing on business development to increase the company's client portfolio;
• Bring in new vacancies for the section and the branch by initiating sales calls, research and networking;
• Conducting CV searches, shortlists and candidate interviews to determine if the candidates are suitable for any current opening/s or for retention on the section database for the future;
• Retaining existing clients by providing an efficient and effective service at all times and developing a closer working relationship to gain trust and confidence to promote business.

Requirements:
• Experience delivering senior recruitment assignments (at least 18 months);
• Experience in selling and delivering recruitment solutions (at least 18 months);
• Good client relationship management skills;
• Experience developing proposals and responding to bids;
• Ability to introduce and manage innovative staffing solutions;
• Demonstrated communication & presentation skills;
• Solid organizational skills;
• Intermediate MS Excel & Word skills;
• High level of commercial acumen;
