• Define, communicate and manage against recruitment priorities
• Define talent needed and best sourcing and attraction methods
• Reduce recruitment costs through direct sourcing
• Administer recruitment record management processes and report weekly on activities/highlights/issues/results
• Manage against recruitment time frames and demands and effectively reduce recruitment lead times
• Defines new initiatives that are relevant and promote organizational growth through recruitment activities
• Identify key trends in the market specifically for recruitment activities for the organisation and define the, relevance to the organisation in adopting and applying new trends in the company.
• Proactively contribute as necessary to ensure that the organisation is perceived as an employer of choice.
• Assist in the review and enhancement of policies and procedures necessary to support all recruitment.
• Identify, make recommendations to the HR Manager to resolve any compensation and benefits issues with line managers, e.g. in recruitment, promotions/re-grades, in accordance with the appropriate policies.
• Provide recruitment support through advertising and interviewing in times of volume and key recruitment drives.
• Develop and implement preferred recruitment practices. Including the management of, job requisitions, job descriptions, job banding, advertising, to contractual offers with all middle management (and senior management where required).
• Review & manage job descriptions creation and implementation. Amend, re-write and/or create job descriptions in line with the HR Manager
• Support and participate in delivering inductions as part of the HR team and provide feedback and counsel of material
• Create/Implement and report against new employee on-boarding surveys
• Good communication skills with the ability and credibility to build strong relationships and to operate at all levels are essential.
• Undertake recruitment projects as required and be flexible in participating and supporting in HR projects and team activities as required.

Requirements:
• Educated to certificate level relevant and/or adaptable to the practices of recruitment
• A minimum of 2 years recruitment experience. This will ideally have been gained within medium to large organisation
• A good understanding of key recruitment trends and associated practices both general and legal in the industry
• PC literacy -- the ability to use Microsoft office with minimum intermediate skills.
• Previous experience of working with an HR Information System would be ideal.
