The UAE arm of an American multinational is looking to recruit a HR Manager to direct their activities in the region.
The position will report into the General Manager on a day to day basis but will also conduct a monthly business review with the Head of HR in America.
This business is a leader in its field of consultancy and offers a global career development path.
You will manage a small team of HR professionals in the UAE and will also oversee the activities of regional counterparts based in Qatar and Saudi.
The successful candidate should expect to travel every quarter.
Requirements:
English is essential but Arabic would also be an advantage.
Previous experience of working for an American firm would be welcomed, along with previous experience working within the consultancy sector, regardless of industry.
You should have at least 7 years of experience within HR and at least 2 years working in the Middle East.
This client is looking to move quickly so preference will be given to candidates who can start immediately.
