My client, a global leading banking corporation is urgently seeking a Regional Project Manager to head up major banking application and core banking system projects across the MENA region.

This vacancy requires a candidate to be mobile across the whole MENA region and to add experience, enthusiasm and guidance to the respective IT Departments.

The Project Manager will be responsible to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will also define the project's objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 10 years Project Management experience gained in the banking industry
• Expertise in over-seeing core banking and application projects
• Written and verbal Arabic and English speaking skills
• PMP, Prince2 or equivalent certification
• Strong team management experience - ability to manage medium to large size teams and sub-contractors
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
