Reporting to the Business / General Manager, the Retail Operations Manager manages the activities of one of the retail divisions of Alghanim Industries. * Manages showroom managers who manage 350 - 400 employees in the super stores, responsible for overall direction, coordination and evaluation of these super stores. * Recruitment of sales staff, training and performance evaluation of showroom managers. * Implementation of sales/promotion in the showroom and ensuring proper discipline/uniformity in the showroom. * Improvement in the showrooms based on mystery shoppers program. * Showroom renovation. * New showroom implementation. * Team work with Logistic and Product Management to ensure proper replenishment. * New initiative, fast check-out, new innovative display.

Requirements:
• MBA/BA or equivalent 5 years related retail experience in the region and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. * Ability to solve practical problems. * Must have excellent written and oral communication skills, good organizational and time management skills. * Ability to communicate in English. Arabic a plus.* Must be computer literate and familiar with PC software such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
