Sales Representative - Aesthetic

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

1.Perform direct marketing and sales activities to generate sales as per the agreed sales and marketing plan.
2.Present to customer the latest updated offers issued and prepared by the sales manager in order to increase sales and strengthen the position and image of our brands.
3.Respond to and follow up sales enquiries by mail, telephone, and personal visits.
4.Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned individual account support.
5.Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information.
6.Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys.
7.Generate quotations in response to sales enquiries.
8.Capable of explaining all the technical information of the products as well as communicating the mode of use of all the products in the most professional and efficient way.
9.Deliver, comment and negotiate the quotations with the customer.
10.Maintain and develop a computerized customer and prospect database.
11.Implement the sales strategy within his/her area.
12.Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge and skills.
13.Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options
14.Maintain relationship with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements

Requirements:
Personality:
• Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality and business profit.
• Highly motivated, positive thinker and achiever.
• Reliable, tolerant, and determined. Empathic communicator, able to see things from the other person's point of view.
• Well presented and businesslike.
• Keen for new experience, responsibility and accountability. Able to get on with others and be a team-player.

Specific Job Skills:
• Able to communicate and motivate via written media.
• Understands the principles of marketing and sales including product offer development, features-benefits-solutions selling, etc.

Computer Skills:
• Knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, Internet and email is appreciated.

Literacy and Numeracy:
• Able to calculate costs of special offers and promotion.
• Must be a good writer quotations and proposals.
Business and Selling Skills:
• Must be an excellent face-to-face and telephone communicator.
• Ideal business background would be in: Beauty Industry, Hair Care, or Cosmetics.

Past Experience and Education
• 5+ years of experience as Sales Rep in a well established organization.
• High school Graduate (min), in addition to related training courses especially sales.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, additional language is a plus.
