Responsibility for a team of Sales Executives and Coordinators, ensuring that targets are being met on a monthly basis and adequate training and support is provided.

Maintaining an existing portfolio of clients, building a loyal relationship and completely understanding the clients' requirements.

Business Development. Targeting clients pertaining to their area of expertise, promoting the organisation and the services which they provide.

Working closely with the Sales Manager, formulating sales strategies and monthly and yearly budgets and targets.

Holding regular Sales Team meetings, acting as a channel between the Sales Team and the Senior Management Team, effectively communicating future plans and commitments.

Providing regular sales reports for the Senior Management Team.

Consistently representing the organisation in a professional manner and striving for excellent individual and team results.

Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years experience in sales with a freight forwarding/logistics company.

Strong sales ability with a proven track record of Business Development and Client Relationship Management.

Motivated individual who has the ability to guide and motivate others. Working successfully towards targets and deadlines, leading by example and encouraging team members to excel.

Confident and outgoing personality with strong customer service ethics.

Excellent leadership and organisational skills.

Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, and excellent presentation skills.

Indian nationals would be given preference.
