We are looking for 4 skilled RF engineers for a leading project in the Middle East
Candidate should pose extensive knowledge of execution and support of the following processes for 2G and 3G:
1. Radio Planning and Optimisation.
2. Dimensioning and Capacity Management.
3. Maintaining 2G/3G network KPI
4. Configuration Management
5. Change Management

Responsiblities are
• Define 3G RF Planning and Optimisation parameter
-Antenna types, tilt, and heights, power budgets, up-link/down-link path balance,
-ERP, Ec/No, -RSCP,
-Knowledge of RF test equipment such as TEMS and Actix, data collection methodology, and data analysis
-Daily monitoring Key Performance Indicator of network based on hourly/daily counters
-Troubleshooting and optimizing of network, change parameters in order to improve the KPI
-Weekly network status reporting
-Identifying clusters and routes for Drive or use by Drive Test Technicians, WCDMA/IS-95 planning experience,
-3G Optimization (CS+PS),
-3G RAN Optimization,
-Benchmarking, Drive Testing, Event Failure Analysis,
-On-job training to Junior Engineers.
-At least last one (1) year of experience in the area of HSDPA/HSUPA planning and optimisation.

Requirements:
Candidate should be able to define 2G and 2.5G RF Planning and Optimisation parameter such as:
• Parameter Strategy
• Site Planning
• LAC Plan
• Multi Band Strategy Recommendation
• Analysis of neighbouring
• Frequency Management strategy
• Traffic Analysis
• BSC load/Ater Load
At least 8 years Radio Planning and Optimisation on 2G and 4 Years on 3G
Knowledge of planning Tools such as TEMS Cell Planner, Asset and Optimisation tools such as:
TEMS
Actix (preferred)
MapInfo
Experienced with Ericsson and/or Motorola.
MSI will provide accommodation (possibly shared) and local transport.
