Senior Advisor, Training & Organisational Development *URGENT*
Dalma Energy & Co LLC has decided to establish an independent and fully operational Corporate HR department to meet the future business challenges. An integral and essential part of this HR department is the HR Training and Organisational Development Team.
Dalma is seeking to hire a Senior Advisor, Training & Organisational Development, preferably Omani national. The Advisor will be providing HR Support and guidance to build functional excellence and drive the further development of effective HR Processes in Dalma Energy & Co LLC.
• Work closely with the Senior Manager T&OD to assist with the development, administration and organisation of a new performance management system.
• Assist in the set up of an in-house training centre and become responsible for ensuring smooth running of the centre.
• Assist in the development of a new competence management system and facilitate the roll out.
• Facilitate and oversee career development and succession planning process.
• Conduct training and presentations around organisational development initiatives.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business / Human Resources.
• Minimum 5 years experience in HR.
• Strong understanding of the link between Human Resources and other functional areas.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Cultural understanding, and strong communication skills.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent in written and spoken English.
