Not less than 10 years experience. Should have worked both in a design office and on site working for a major international consultant.

MAIN DUTIES
To review, evaluate and advise on all architectural and interior design matters in connection with major construction projects both at the design and at the construction stage.
• Review the architectural and interior designs performed by external consultants and advise on suitability and when necessary suggest alternatives.
• Review contractors' design, shop drawings as and when required to ensure compliance with the design intent.
• Attendance of meetings on behalf of the client.
• Major project experience.
• Experience of high quality finishes
Requirements:
EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS, COMPETENCE
• Degree in architecture. Professional qualification RIBA.
• Ideally with high-rise experience
• Middle East experience ideal, but not essential
