Requirements:
They are offering a unique opportunity for a highly motivated and proactive Senior Architect with exceptional project management and design skills to join their team based in Hong Kong.
• Minimum three years of China Project Management experience
• Degree in Architecture from an internationally recognised university
• Membership of a professional association
• Solid project management experience, including experience with contracts and project administration
• Excellent command of English and Chinese (must be fluent in written and spoken Mandarin)
• Excellence in Chinese writing, with the ability to craft letters, reports, presentations and proposals in clear articulate Chinese
