We need 2 BSS engineers for leading project in the Middle East
Candidate should pose extensive knowledge of execution and support of the following processes for 2G and 3G:

-Responsible for on-site survey, installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance of GSM/3G/WIMAX network equipment
-Provide technical support to customers through remote and on-site trouble-shooting
-Perform software commissioning of wireless Network elements and integration with related network elements
-Interface with engineering partner to locate technical problems that may arise during the engineering process
-Interface with third party to locate technical problems that may arise during the integration
-On site Maintenance support in case of major or critical problems that can't be solved by customer or local subcontractor according to SLA
-Responsible for handling technical cases on ticket system and keep tracking these problems during the whole resolving process
-Provide technical solution planning and hands-on support on GSM/3G/WIMAX

Requirements:
The candidates responsibilities are design of the BSS, including feeder, antenna, TRX, optimisation, parameter changes and radio subsystem verification for each BTS site. Experience in 2G Network Optimisation and experience in cell planning
Knowledge of planning Tools such as TEMS Cell Planner, Asset and Optimisation tools suchas:TEMS,Actix
At least 8 years on 2G and 5 Years on 3G
Experienced with Ericsson and/or Motorola.
