Ernst & Young, Kuwait is seeking experienced HR Professionals for the role of Consultants in the Human Capital practice in their Business Advisory Solutions (BAS) service line. The desired candidates should have 4-8 years of robust experience in various HR functions in an established organization. Requirements:
• MBA, preferably specialized in HR from a leading business school.
• 4 - 8 Years of relevant work experience and proven track with reputed organizations.
• Minimum 2 years in Consultancy/Advisory role within HR Consulting firms or any Bluechip companies.
• Dynamic, motivated, flexible, confident, and result-oriented personality with the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Arabic is a must.
Some of the areas, the candidate should have had exposure to include: Organization and HR strategy; organization design/structuring and job structuring including job evaluations; compensation and benefits structuring; performance management systems, career and succession planning; competency development and assessment centers; HR automation and ERP; Training and Development; change management; and leadership development. Candidates with good industry background in Financial Services (Banking/Investment Cos) or Oil & Gas will be preferred. |
