This is a rare opportunity to join one of Saudi Arabia's most prestigious publically listed group of companies in this newly expanded role.

You will be responsible for planning and managing a comprehensive annual programme of investor relations activities, creating and distributing reports, analysis and information to investors, analysts and other stakeholders.

You will also handle compliance issues, deal with the Capital Markets Authority, act in an advisory capacity to the Board and executive management team and promote regulatory best practice.

You will be a major contributor to the Annual Report, make market announcements and give executive presentations and manage the IR section of the company website.

Requirements:
We are seeking an energetic and highly literate individual, who can work comfortably at this level and represent the group with all external and internal stakeholders.

You should hold a degree in commerce or economics, and appropriate post-grad qualification supported by a minimum 10-15 years experience in similar roles in large publically listed corporates.

You will require extensive knowledge of the markets and be networked within the international lending community. Experience of IPOs, M&A and crisis management will be highly valued.
