Senior Quantity Surveyor - Abu Dhabi - Hotel Project

I am currently looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with a B.Sc. or equivalent to start immediately on a 600 Million AED Hotel Project in Abu Dhabi. The position is with a Main Contractor and you will have direct control over a number of QS's below you.

You will have 7 or more year's experience with excellent leadership skills. You will have managed a number of QS's on large build projects and be available to start work very soon.

You will look after the full post contract quantity surveying duties and have extensive experience managing the cost control and commercial activities on a large project. Reporting directly to the Commercial Manager and the client, you will take control of the project and be responsible for delivery.

Knowledge of FIDIC and Middle east experience is highly advantageous.

Package is between 36,000 and 42,000 AED Total package with Flights & Medical on top.
