A leading leisure company is looking to enhance its recruitment function with the addition of a Senior Recruitment Administrator.
You will be responsible for the total recruitment life cycle. Developing internal and external recruitment policies and procedures in collaboration with the Head of Recruitment. Facilitate interview processes, act as the HR representative on candidate screening processes. Communicate recruitment best practice to line managers ensuring a fair and equal process for all. Experience of dealing with 3rd party suppliers and web portals.
Requirements:
You will have at least 2 + years of operational recruitment experience. Experience of communicating with 3rd party suppliers with strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to problem solve and find creative solutions. Exposure to international recruitment methods and models. Experience of using an applicant tracking system, assessment and interview processes.
