Leading Multi Discipline consultancy are looking to appoint a Senior Resident Engineer to Oversea an extremely prestigious build project in Doha - Qatar.

Candidates for this role will be Chartered Engineers with extensive experience managing consutruction processes. You will need to have a good understanding of design and tender procedures as well as excellent communication skills in English and the ability to lead a multi discipline design team.

You will have responsibility for;
Overall management of site resources;
Identify and initiate recruitment of site staff through standard process
Implement financial controls on the construction element of projects;
Identify training needs and provide or recommend external training;
Set and maintain under review Company performance expectations;
Maintain reasonable discipline, resolve poor performance issues;
Provide pastoral care and encourage staff to develop their full potential.
