You will be responsible to plan and dimension the WiMAX Radio Network according to the rollout plan & license obligation. you will ensure coverage plans and network quality to be the first among the competitors, it should be innovative and appealing to the Nawras customer base. Responsibilities will also include the following:
• Undertaking capacity management by monitoring overall WiMAX Radio Network Performance and KPIs and suggest necessary action to improve it.
• Managing traffic and forecasts by collecting and analysing network stats and compare the forecasted traffic with the weekly capacity management analysis report and quarterly Forecast studies on KPIs.
• Undertaking preparation for coverage and new sites by producing engineering guidelines for field planning and nominal planning. Design feasible link budgets based on business requirements.
• Preparing for new phases by setting up new phases requirements and clearing new phases requirements with vendors.
• Managing TT and complaints by coaching Attending Complaints in the system and preparing the TT Database and Fixing Fundamentals site planning
• Preparing, leading and reviewing the technical specifications for 802.16e (MIMO & Beamforming) initiation of new technologies 802.16m & LTE.
• Using of appropriate radio performance and planning tools for RF predictions such as measurements systems, AFPs, and performance monitoring for Outdoor , Indoor and USB profiles, Drive tests Analysis.
• Dealing with the vendor/s through meetings and other process for WiMAX network specification, roll-out and new plans.

Requirements:
You have a B.Sc. in Engineering/Telecommunications/IT or related fields with a minimum 6 years experience in Wimax radio network design and optimization. You have previous experience with established national or international operators or major manufacturers. you have a strong understanding of Fixed & Mobile industry trends and services, and future technologies roadmap. Good MS Office, MapInfo & RF Planning Tools skills. You have excellent problem solving skills project management skills. You have good Communication skills - Very good written and spoken English. Good written and spoken Arabic is desirable.
