Our client is one of the world's most respected property facilities and asset management companies who are currently expanding their Middle East business, as a result of this they require a facilities manager to look after some of their very prestigious commercial & residential buildings.

The Right Candidate will have experience in handling large properties, working with large open areas such as Marinas, water parks & retail outlets. Candidates must have full competency in Cleaning, Security, Concierges Operations, with the ability to manage public areas.

Requirements:
Candidate will have a minimum of 10yrs experience within a management position in cleaning services.

Candidates must have worked for a hospitality, facilities management or facilities services company.

GCC experience is required for this role.
