Global Banking Organisation which is a leading player in the Saudi Arabian financial markets has an excellent opportunity for a Software Quality Assurance Division Head.

JOB PURPOSE
Transforming Quality Assurance / Quality Control within the Financial IT domain.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Degree, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, but others acceptable
10+ years in IT
5+ years managing QA teams of at least 10 people
5+ years hands on building tools and/or write code/scripts
Strong demonstrable track record in QA
QA and process improvement qualifications such as 6 Sigma, CMMI, etc.
Experience in building testing frameworks and in test automation.
Strong project management skills.
Proven track record for high quality product delivery.
Able to mentor junior members, give technical advice and direction, and provide hands-on management.
Knowledge of various testing techniques and approaches.
Driven, creative, and result oriented.
