1. To manage the assigned services from the superior including operations and services activities.
2. To lead and supervise a team of staff, co-coordinating the daily provision of support and activities for service users, ensuring the delivery of a high quality, responsive and efficient service.
3. To support the efficient use of resources within the service, monitoring and controlling spending within agreed budgets.
4. To contribute to the selection of personnel and the development of the team.
5. To identify appropriate resources to promote the service objectives.
6. To achieve service objectives and assist in the development and implementation of policies, practices and procedures.
7. Set-up and tailor policies, procedures and guidelines to carry out duties accordingly.
8. To attend meetings and carry out other duties reasonably requested by the Manager.
Requirements:
Skills
The successful candidate should have:
1. A minimum of 3 years experience in project planning and execution
2. A wide knowledge in MS Office package (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word), and other database management programs.
3. Good leadership skills.
4. Good knowledge of English and Arabic.
5. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Master's degree in Business Administration is a plus.
