• Provide technical support for company's customers through phone, e-mail, fax, on-site etc.
• Conduct training sessions at client sites or online.
• Install/configure AVL software.
• Install/Configure DBMS (Access, MS SQL, Oracle).
• Diagnose/Troubleshoot AVL and DB problems.
• Provide information/consultation for the customer about AVL system implementation (Software, Hardware)
• Prepare user manuals, support articles, FAQ etc.
• Evaluate new AVL or AVL related software.
• Design/conduct training programs.
• Prepare/perform presentations about technical issues for customers and co-workers/managers.
• Provide on-job-training for new employees.
Requirements:
• B.S.c in computer engineering or B.S.c. in computer science.
• Full knowledge of MS Office suit, MS Project.
• Basic knowledge of the major DBMS in the market (Access, MS SQL, Oracle).
• Fluent English/Arabic.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Background in MS dotNET development environment in addition to Crystal Reports is preferred. |
