We will carry out a rigorous selection process for the small number of roles available and put the successful candidates through a custom training programme with a professional, specialist firm.

After passing the initial course, our new recruits will receive ongoing, on the job training and personal coaching & mentoring with the aim of transforming them into fully-equipped and highly professional Relationship Managers, able to offer first class service to our unique and exclusive clients and to become their trusted advisors.

Requirements:
• University degree from an acceptable or credited institution with a GPA of 3.5
• Good general knowledge of investment instruments/funds.
• Sound knowledge of the bank's range of products and services.
• At least 3 years Banking experience and a passion for a career in Relationship Management
• Personal impact and ability to inspire confidence
• Good Listener
• Honest, enthusiastic and ambitious to provide high levels of client service
• Fluency in English & Arabic
