Contribute towards development of strategy and plans for knowledge management
Implement a process to identify knowledge management needs across the organisation
Develop best practices approach to manage knowledge, expertise and professional training
Contribute to the design and development of an appropriate IT system to facilitate delivery of knowledge management programmes
Manage the upload of materials into the knowledge management system
Review and select on a continuous basis the knowledge management material used in training to ensure quality and high standards
Monitor performance of the knowledge management system as well as quality of training courses delivered to ensure effectiveness
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with training providers and institutions to benefit from their expertise
Guide, manage and motivate subordinates to perform effectively on the job and display their full potential
Minimum 3 years of work experience in training and career development.
Excellent communication skulls-both oral and written.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Excellent people management skills.
Conceptual and planning ability.
Ability to deliver training effectively.
