A waste collections manager is needed to join a growing waste operator in the UAE and fulfil an existing project delivering waste management services in Sharjah.

Our client have won a contract to provide a team of experienced international operational supervisors and management personnel to assist with the take over and enhancement of existing waste collection practices. Reporting to the Overall Project Manager, this role is directly responsible for monitoring productivity, implementing changes in operations & working practices. and ensuring that the fleet is mobile, operators are trained and plant is authorised for work. The role is vital to the flow of information, training and data collection from the work force to enable continuous improvement. This position will also perform a front line role in the event of customer complaints and the resolution of these issues.

Requirements:
To be suitable for this role you will have worked in a similar role (overseeing collections) within a waste contractor. Applicants should be university educated

In return for your dedication to the role you will receive a remuneration package of circa AED 35,000 / month + air tickets and medical.
