To manage the Water Engineers
To meet clients and ensure a high standard of design and completion on the water jobs.

Requirements:
Our client is a very large construction management and supervision consultant specialist.

They are currently working on a major road and infrastructure project (the largest in programme in Libya)

The project is around 1 billion dollars and will rise to perhaps double that value. Water and sanitation represents about 25% of the project value.

They are currently seeking a drainage & water/sanitation Specialist.

Regarding water and sanitation, the requirement is for someone with several years of experience (with international consultants) of large scale water distribution and sewerage projects overseas, and particularly in regions similar to Libya, such as Middle East.

They need someone who has spent most of their career overseas, and has big value project work experience in design and supervision. Sewage and water treatment are not part of the project.

The candidates we are seeking are not run of the mill, We need specialists who have built a CV around a core specialisation of water supply and sewerage (not treatment) who can interact with international project managers and other international experts with confidence and credibility.
