Unfortunately, even to view vacancies you need to register and the only means of applying for their vacancies, even though they are shown in Gulf News, is to register. GCCExpat.com seems to be a good resource for expats wishing to work in the Gulf, but unfortunately they don't an updated selection of job vacancies. The same individuals who setup GCCExpat.com, have also built a dedicated online resource for UAE nationals looking for jobs, which can be found at UAEGraduate.com. Registration is free and you can upload your CV, and the job vacancies are for banks, and government sectors.

Monster.com has a few vacancies in Dubai
Dhabi, while EscapeArtist.com
has a reasonable set of job vacancies in
the United Arab Emirates, as their vacancies
are posted from various recruiters world-wide.
Jobs.NET also has a decent number of jobs
in UAE, or you can see the ones they

For indians, two good job resources for recruitment in the UAE are Employment & NRI Times and Jerry Varghese International. Employment & NRI Times seems to have an updated list of job vacancies in the UAE, but also lists vacancies in Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Saudi, and Germany. Jerry Varghese International is dedicated to the recruitment of personnel from India and has a branch in Dubai named, JIC Management Consultants and posts its jobs on GlobalJobsFair.com. Their UAE job vacancies can be found here, but they have vacancies Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait.
US and Canada
