Registration is free and you can upload your CV, and the job vacancies are for banks, and government sectors.

For indians, two good job resources for recruitment in the UAE are Employment & NRI Times and Jerry Varghese International. Employment & NRI Times seems to have an updated list of job vacancies in the UAE , but also lists vacancies in Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Saudi, and Germany. Jerry Varghese International is dedicated to the recruitment of personnel from India and has a branch in Dubai named, JIC Management Consultants and posts its jobs on GlobalJobsFair.com.
